The summary is this. Congress members from Alabama, Montana, California and a few others introduced a bill that has garnered LOTS of support from consumers to car makers. As we update the bill passage, it calls to establish a phase in period for battery sourcing and manufacturing requirements included in the IRA, Inflation Reduction Act. The goal is simply to bring business back to the United States.
