It's Electric! In this video, Dr. Martin Berger of Mahle developed a "wear-free" and can run continuously at 90% of its maximum output which is ideal for EVs, as well as towing, the company said.

German supplier Mahle claims to have a "wear-free" electric motor good for towing, performance EVs. The image is of Lightyear 0 in-wheel motor co-developed and manufactured by Elaphe Propulsion Technologies Ltd.
