Henrik Fisker, ever since 2009 and a broken promise, I have followed your path and now you have crossed the line. Much like others copied my GreenTV with GreenTV's now in UK, India and Mexico, it's time to call the copycats out.
After announcing the Bidenmobile project in 2019 to build an all-electric Corvette based on Joe Biden's 1967 prized Vette, what a surprise it was to find you are now planning a Popemobile based on an original idea that was published several years back about an all-electric Popemobile that was posted right here on LinkedIn for the world (and you) to see.
"I got inspired reading that Pope Francis is very considerate about the environment and the impact of climate change for future generations," Henrik Fisker said in a statement. The interior of the vehicle will contain "a variety of sustainable materials, including carpets made from recycled plastic bottles from the ocean," he added.
While it is socially acceptable "in" to emulate and improve upon someone else's idea, it is not original. Just like those who emulated GreenTV to call their own, your Popemobile began in my mind, not yours or your idea people.
However, this is not all sour grapes. Unlike others, competition energizes me like a fully charged EV.
With that, I publicly challenge your PopeMobile against our Bidenmobile. And if anyone wants to join us and our all-American team we have a large head-start that began decades ago with Joe Biden and I in Delaware, USA.
