Dr. Debra Laino is one of our favorite people and not because she is a world known sex expert. She is the go-to person for great health and green living as well, often beginning with food intake. Studies show that super foods not only improve your health but also improve your sex life.  It is no secret that when you are functioning optimally you feel more “up” to having sex. Eating super foods to get the nutrition necessary for your body will over time, help you to loose weight, provide stamina, increase vitamin and mineral counts, and help with mental clarity.
